Topographical Surveys
Topographical surveys are used to establish accurate positions and levels of natural and manmade features of the land.
We undertake our topographical surveys using the latest surveying equipment from GPS to robotic total stations, using specialised surveying software to produce bespoke surveys available in a variety of formats including 2D, 3D and isopachyte modelling.
Measured Building Surveys
Measured building surveys are used to produce accurate plans, elevations or sectional drawings of a building using the collection of measured data. Data is collected in a variety of ways from total station to laser measure.
We provide bespoke measured building surveys based on individual client requirements, various formats are available.
Engineering and Setting Out
With over 25 years’ of engineering and surveying experience we deliver accurate and efficient specialised engineering techniques. Our skills and knowledge allow us to adapt to a wide range of projects.
We liaise with architects and design engineers to ensure the smooth running of the project and use the latest Auto Cad and surveying software to provide detailed setting out information prior to our visit enabling us to be more efficient on site.
Volumetric Surveys
Volumetric surveys provide information that will allow the client to establish costs associated with the removal or distribution of materials.
We use GPS or Total Stations to collect accurate measurement data of various materials found on site. From this we use the latest surveying software to produce a 3D model layout.
